We do not have a standard price list for different services because rates are personalized for each home, we do that to ensure that each homeowner only pays for the services they use. In general, prices for single cleanings of an entire home range from $75 to $400, depending on many of the following factors:

• Size: The square footage of home is the first factor considered when setting a standard price.

• Layout: The type of home, including the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, stories, etc., will impact the cleaning price.

• Residents: More people living in the home generate more cleaning chores and command a higher price.

• Pets: Homes with multiple pets are more expensive to clean.

• Children: Homes with younger children are more difficult to clean.

• Type of Cleaning: The client will be able to determine how detailed the cleaning is, including if additional services are required.

• Package Rates: We offer discounted rates for weekly or biweekly cleanings, while one-time cleanings are more expensive.

• Day Cleaned: If the client prefers the home to be cleaned on the weekend, rates will be higher.

• Location: Cleaning rates vary in this aspect because of the travel distance from the service's main office.

Remember,  when requesting a quote, it is important to discuss as much detail of the desired services as possible, including what services will not be required, in order to get an accurate estimate that is why we come out to the job location and do a "sight Seen" estimate. But For a ballpark rate, consider that the costs of a professional cleaner averages $30 per hour, per cleaner, and most services send a team of two to four workers to each home so it is thoroughly and efficiently cleaned.
